ON 05/12/2014 , I paid them over $1800.00 for work to be performed on my 2003 Dodge caravan. Twice they were told what I required yet when the vehicle was picked up, not all work was done. They failed ( twice) to put it in writing. They also have a "POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE" of not ordering any parts until you arrive at your scheduled date and time. This cause me three additional days of rental fees because they were delayed in obtaining the needed parts. If they had requested a non refundable deposit from me in advance, then I would have gladly paid it and forfeited it if I failed to show up. ...read more

I had a classic car repaired by Auto Rust. Fantastic job. I spent close to $8000 with them. Couldnt be happier. It was done within 2 months, and stayed within my budget. That just doesnt happen at regular body shops, or restoration shops. This is not my first project car. I had heard the rumors "there expensive, but there the best". Its true. I would recommend them to anyone that knows what it costs to do these cars, and is willing to spend what it takes to get the job done properly. ...read more
