I called to make an appointment to have my windows tinted, had a day off from work, so I made it, it was 2 weeks in advance. I called 2 days prior, to confirm the appointment, and they said it was all set, drop it off first thing in the am. When I got there, the guy doing the install, didn't know anything about it, thought somebody told him that I re-scheduled. The owners son, confirmed that I didn't, said the car might be done by 4. The installer kept saying, he didn't know, and that he might have to go out. The owners son, then told me that they cater to dealerships first. We agreed that I would bring the car back in a few hours, so I could run errands. I called back, to make sure it would get done, the guy told me they can't do, that the installer was going to CT. for a dealership. Needless to say, I was upset, and no resolution was provided. All he could tell me, was he had a guy call out. Called back, trying to come up with a resolution, got the owner. I explained what happened, an he said to call back in the AM the following day, asked where the car was during the day, that we might be able to work around, because I thought, with making an appointment 2 weeks in advance, I shouldn't loose time from work to have this done .When I called back, the owner transferred me to the son, and was like "when can you drop it off". I explained the conversation between me and the father, and asked where the car would be, and he said,"I can't pick the car up", remind you, it's only 15-20 minutes away. He offered no solution, except for me to take time out of work for their mess up, and when I said "don't be surprised if you get a bad review", he said "go F--- yourself", and hung up the phone. I called back, got the owner, said what the son said, and the owner said, "he doesn't want to talk to you", and also hung up the phone. Obviously, dealerships are more important than the local guy, I made the appointment, 2 weeks in advance, I thought I should of gotten better service, but was very wrong. Definitely won't ever recommend them again.
