I went into Ernies with a broken lawn mower, I explained what it was doing, Matt the new owner of Ernies, quickly and respectfully might I add gave his imput on what he thinks might be the problem. He gave a ball park price, of the repairs. A few days later I received a call informing me that my mower was ready. When I arrived for pick-up I was respectfully greeted at the door, and Matt proceded to explain the repair process, and parts required.I have used other repair centers, but no of them made me feel (as a customer), like ernies! I brought a one year old Poulan Pro mower to Ernie because it was surging, smoking, and burning too much gas. Ernie said he rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the filter and spark plug. Seven or eight mowings later the same problem returned. I would have thought the repair would have lasted longer. I won't bring it back to Ernie. ...read more
