We traveled with this company to a balloon festival in New York last fall. It was the worst trip. They put us up in run down smelly motel rooms, next to the beautiful hotel we were told we would be in. The tour guide have us wrong information and played children's games on the bus. We had to wait for 4 people from a group from Rhode Island who were late getting back to the bus 4 times, one time over an hour, although the driver argued that we should leave them behind as they did this at every stop.
