I bring an extensive background in professional training in Therapeutic Coaching®, Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. I have over 15 years of experience in management, marketing, telecommunications & business consulting. I have over 20 years of extensive training working with developmentally disabled children and adults. I have received training in management communication, communication excellence, non-verbal communication and motivation in the workplace.
I utilize both my training and rich work history along with wisdom from my own life experiences to give my clients a safe place to explore their current challenges and struggles.
I believe that true change begins with our thoughts. When we control what we think about, we can begin to train our brains to see the good in all things; whether that be a lesson in our hardships or the beauty right in front of us.
