unbelievable
I waited all day for a repair. At 3:45 I called to verify that a technician was on the way I was abruptly told that no one would be available today or prior to the holidays.
My original call was about having family for the holidays and having an entire bathroom without water. I agreed to wait and spend the day to solve this situation.
I received a callat 11am with questions about details about the job. The caller said someone would call back if they could not do the job and would give me referrals. No one called.
On my afternoon call to the Wimauma office I was abruptly told no one was coming and not to expect anyone before the holidays were over. I complained that no one called and allowed me to find another technician. The local office said that she had been busy for the last three hours and was not supposed to call.
UNBELIEVABLE!
