DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. They use deceptive billing practices to earn your business and then invoice you for more. In our specific case they would not provide detailed billing for quoted price and when we approached them on the issued they threatened liens and collections.

The owner verbally attacked us through email with F-bombs and phsychotic writing in anger when we tried to ask why the bulling was not adding up. He then stated he didn't want our money while in the next minute running our credit card for the amount in dispute. We now must pursue legal action against Donnie who owns protech. Stay Away at all costs and learn from our experience. Donnie states he does a lot of Insurance work which is why his stat invoices were not detailed out. Basically telling me he screws over insurance companies with lump sum charges with no need to detail work done for fair pricing. Find someone else.
