Was pouring down rain when my car was finished. Without even being asked, my car was waiting for me under the overhang......well done! And since I had a 3 hour wait, I was given some yummy pretzels.

Having moved into the area 3 yrs ago, I have been very pleased with the service of my Ford Explorer and their staff at every visit.

The service tech was excellent, Mr. Birdwell. I came in for a check of towing package and it was fuses. They did not put them in even though my vehicle was bring serviced. I have had good service previously. Maybe just a bad day

My wife and I went to Prestige Ford because she saw a Ford Explorer she liked. We were treated extremely well, got a GREAT deal and left feeling like we just left a family picnic!! This is one dealership we will definately return to for service and purchasing another vehicle. From the General Manager to the sales people (all of them, not just the one who sold us) to the finance guy to the receptionist--all of them were warm, friendly, genuinely nice people who made us feel like part of their extended family. All businesses should take a lesson from the new Prestige Ford!!
