The hassle and expense of trying to work with this company isn't worth it. There are other good companies with whom to work.

It took me almost 3 weeks to get the sample cards I ordered and paid for; because they charged my credit card on the day I placed my order, they couldn't say they didn't get the order. When I finally got the samples so I could make a final selection, I was so close to the date of the event that I couldn't choose another vendor. To try and fix the situation, I had to pay extra for expedited shipping of the printed cards and Polka Dot Design wouldn't even compensate me for that additional cost. Speaking to their customer representative is a waste of time. I'm now sitting here and I still haven't received the cards despite paying extra for expedited shipping. So frustrating. Run, run, run away from this company.
