Do your pets a favor and go somewhere else!
I took my pets to Paw Prints for over four years. During this time I watched the clinic and the service I receive deteriorate. It seemed as though each time I would bring one of my pets in the charges had increased. Recently, I was charged ...

They are pricey, but careful, attentive and thorough - that's what I want in a vet. I have seen both Dr Seiler and another vet on staff and both were very clear and well-informed.
Prescription prices are about the same as online and no shipping costs.
I use Pawprints because they were recommended by someone who has been using them for over a decade - for numerous small pets - and she wouldn't use anyone else in town.
There are better vets in Morgantown
I want to begin my saying that I think Dr. George Seiler is a good vet but unaware of how his wife runs the financial side of the business. My pets (I have 8) have been seeing Dr. Seiler for over three years. Overall, I have been happy with the care I received except in one case (from another vet at Paw Prints). However, I have been repeatedly overcharged for services I did not receive. Each time I would call and explain and the front office staff would remove the charge. I once was charged $150 for a procedure that should have cost $45! Over the past three years I have watched prices rise beyond what I believe is reasonable. Recently, my pet's test results were sent to a specialist for a consult. I was verbally told that the cost would be $50. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $120. I contacted the specialist and was told they charged $55 for the consult. I contacted Cindy Seiler and was told the remaining $65 was Paw Prints fees! For what? Faxing the results and calling the specialist? She could not tell me and was nasty when I pressed for an explanation. She threatened to send my bill to collections if I did not pay the additional $65! This is what I call ripping the customer off--plain and simple!!! From what I hear from others who have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal directly with her, she is a bully and a B***H! Beware if you choose to go here...they overcharge and...well, hopefully you get the picture
