Paper thin walls and floors. I need earplugs to study and sleep some days. Security staff sucks. Doesn't feel like college at all living here. It's like being in a jail cell. ...read more

The good: Rooms very spacious, great common area, decent furniture. Maintenance is ok. The bad: Paper this walls and floors. You can hear people above and below you talking at a normal volume. Forget about sleeping if someone has a party above you, you'll need earplugs to sleep here. Management is very poor, they're never in their office, and recently management decided to search everyone's room (with no notice whatsoever) to search for evidence of smoking (so they can issue a smoking fine) or drug usage. Many people had items confiscated. That search and seizure was illegal, and the lease clearly states that management cannot enter your room without prior notice. The security staff here sucks, and will be on your case if you decide to have a party. The police are here fairly often. The internet is ok at best, and you will be roomed with people at random. First semester here I lived with 4 other people, 2 of which had warrants for their arrests. Be careful living here. ...read more

They never repaired anything they said they would before move in. They tried to blame the the new tenants for damage that was there when they moved in. They threaten to evict tenants for unsubstantiated reasons, and claim they should get the deposit and the remaining rent even though they are the ones who want the paying tenant out.
