Dear Mr. Robinson I am writing in reference to my son Lawrence Creese. My younger son has placed several calls to your office and has not heard back. As Larry's parents we are trying to find out what is going on with his case. Larry is the custodial parent of three young children who are now in our care. This too is a situation that is going to run into some problems if things are not settled in the near future. I understand he missed his court hearing.. first time to my knowledge.. and now the courts are in no hurry to move him along. But I think going into seven months now is time enough for there to have been something going on. There has been a rumor that you are filing for dismissal due to lack of evidence, if this is the case could you please inform me as to what the average timeline is for that to be heard?
