In August 2010, after my mother's death, my sister and I contracted for a headstone, with this company, through Mike. This was on a recommendation from a family member. We paid half down, with the balance to be paid after the headstone was placed. It is now May, 2011 and we are unable to get in touch with anyone from this company. Calls go unreturned and a website that was up in August is no longer anywhere to be found. The trust we put into this company's hands, with one of the most important matters that I have ever undertaken, has been shattered. I live in Maryland and the company is in PA and as of my last trip up there in February, there was no marker. I will be returning in a few weeks and hope to find this matter resolved.
