This salon has gone from Very good To Very bad! During my routine visit to my stylist (after almost 3 years of Loyalty) I will not be returning, and I will be letting everyone know about my horrible experience, not only has this salon become filthy dirty,But the "new" Stylists and manager playing on there phones while making racial and bigoted comments about whatever it was they were looking at on the phone...When i asked my stylists what was going on she apologized for their behavior, but did nothing to stop it!My assumption is this is a routine thing that happens here... I was so offended by their comments I told my stylist not to continue with my service and politely asked her to ring me out immediatly following my shampoo service, I cannot believe such a huge corp. would hire such ignorant trash to work and manage a salon ! ( not to mention this is to my knowledge the third or fourth manager they have had in the three yrs Ive been returning there!)
