My AC system broke down and I was told from another firm I had to replace the whole unit for $6000. I called Accutech and they repaired my unit for just $600. The day after we called, Eddie replaced both elements & thermostats on our water heater. We called back Saturday with the same problem: not enough hot water. Charlie Ball returned our call immediately. He personally came out the following Monday, patiently explained the need for a new water heater after we demanded to see the replaced parts, and even offered to apply the earlier labor & parts charge to its purchase. A brand new Bradford-White water heater was installed the very next day. I have NEVER been so disgusted with a company. I called to schedule heater maint. for the 1st time 3 weeks ago. No call back. called a week later to set up Monday the 12th of October for after 3:30. Called Mon was told I was scheduled for Tues. No show. Received a call from Charlie @ 3:40, truck broke down. Rescheduled for today after 3:30. Called Charlie's cell at 4:30 was told not coming office was supposed to call me. You guys are lousy business people. You stink! I have scheduled with another company for Friday & will GLADLY pay DOUBLE. Way to treat a "new" customer! ...read more
