First off, they were supposed to take my car in while I was at work and have it brought back by the time I got out of work. Not only did they not pick up the car on the day they said they would have, but when they did take the car (A week later) they failed to even have the car available until 4 hours after the time I got out of work. The worst part about this is that it was only for an oil change. Every other place that I have been to to have my oil changed doesn't take a week to do an oil change. I had my brakes done they were a little pricy but hey they are lifetime pads and can be replaced at any monro across the states cant beat that and the managers Bill and Dave were so great to me and took me to my car showed me the fail part and explained to me were i could understand so as a womAN I REALLY liked that so thanks guy for the good job ...read more

I've been working in this industry for over 35 yrs . I've seen many of the vehicles they've repaired. It doesn't matter if your vehicle is 10 yrs old or a 2009 model They all recieve the same attention to detail and quality There technicions are second to NONE! "Finally Some One Who Cares About Your Vehicle As Much AS You Do ." I highly reccomd them to anyone who wants there vehicles returned to " Pre Accident Condition".There reputation precedes it's self!! !! Nuff Said.
