the employees that are just attendant not foreman are being taking advantage off, they dot get holiday pay they qualify for it,treatment of employees is sexism,men have to everything on the outside no matter the conditions,all the lady's do is mop there bathroom and lobby and the men have there bathroom to clean also same as the ladies but do much more outside work (garbage,litter,salt shovel,use sno bloer,and keep up on it all day alone and the lady's stay inside nice a cozy. this is sexism they receive the same hrly rate. this is sexism textbook ...read more
