Dr. Kurovsky has been my eye doctor for years, and he's always been great. Even when I've had time constraints he works with me and I get an appointment. You just don't get that level of care and consideration everywhere anymore... go to Dr. K :) ...read more

I took my son to get his eyes examed and I need to say the service was excellent. My son loved the attention and his glasses as well. I plan to return for an eye exam myself. compliments to the staff and Doctors. If you need help, just ask, sometimes the staff are busy and they can assume just like you do.. I will not return to any Crystal Vision Center. When a friend and I entered we were obviously noticed by employees because they looked right at us. Not one of them greeted us. We were both monetarily set to make this our one and only stop for our eye care needs. As we looked around and tried on some of the displays, no one offered any type of anything. Such as if we needed any help, let someone know, did we have an appointment, etc. We decided to stay a few more minutes and when I looked to some one for possible answers to questions I had, some employees were assisting others and the ones who weren't seemed to quickly make it look as if they were busy. Needless to say, we left and both agreed not to return to a Crystal Vision Center. Your employees need Customer Service and Satisfaction Training. ...read more
