Besides the owner unable to show up on time for appointments, the front office is friendly and helpful. The fence was installed on the day agreed upon but the install crew was hired cheap labor and no one from the office came to supervise or check their work. We were the ones who had to check the work, call the office for follow-up and threaten non-payment until the issues were cleared up. The fact that we had 90% payment witheld until we were happy was, I think, their motivation to get our issues resolved within a week. If their price was alot better than the three other estimates I got, all the grief and aggrivation might have been worth it. But their price was toward the higher end and their install crew didn't get it right the first time. Don't write out the final check until you've double-checked everything yourself. ...read more
