The owner was very rude and doesn't know her colors when it comes to flowers. I ordered hot pink for my son's formal corsage, and she delivered burgundy flowers to me instead. While pointing this out she was unwilling to accept responsibility and wouldn't help me in correcting the order. She was belligerent and offered no customer service. Thankfully, in my time restraint caused by the owner of Carol Shoppes, I was able to find the exact color I wanted at the Exeter Giant. They helped me out efficiently and for less money. Giant served me with courtesy and respect, unlike the owner of Carol Shoppes Florist, who was quite rude and unwilling to provide me with satisfactory customer service.
