Horrible Experience!My niece has let her hair grow her whole life as she has always wanted to donate her hair to a child in need. What should have a been a joyous and exciting day became anything but. We said that we were there to participate in the Wigs for Kids program--they claimed to be a participating salon and this was discussed prior on the phone. I told the stylist, Esther that my niece's hair could be cut to her shoulders, that a minimum of 12 inches had to taken off to be accepted and that the program had specific instruction to ensure precise results for the wigs. The stylist insisted that she had a better way to do it and essentially refused to do it as we repeatedly asked her. She said it was better to cut free form and bundle it at the end and she had done it million times. She then proceeded to measure the 12 inches from the top of my niece's head!
