This business is the owner and one other guy. Who are clueless to being professional and have no idea to what customer service is.. if you have a low car DO NOT CALL!!!! While unloading my car they didn't extend the bed they just lifted it as high as it could go and just released the straps without cranking it down slowly. This would of damaged any car. After it took these two idiots an hour an a half to load it while cursing and complaning the whole time. I should of know better to let them take it. I don't know how AAA picks there sub contractors but they need to find a better way. Sending this company makes them look bad. I have learned from this horrible experience I have learned customer service is a thing of the past and when calling AAA you can request any towing that "works" for them . So when you call say NO DNS TOWING unless you want more damages to your car then what you already have. This company has no physical address. So they can just disappeare you cannot serve them if you don't knew were they are. So PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. .... PASS IT ON SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. ...read more

If your looking to Transport a vehicle from Point A to Point B you can't beat this company. About $25 for the truck fee and $2 per mile (as of FEB 09) this is the cheapest Flatbed Towing I've ever done. Suggestion, Pay Cash and don't ask for a receipt and you'll be surprised with the end bill. Friendly and helpful. Hook up was not overly fast so depending on how difficult it is to get your vehicle out from where it is it may take a little time, but worth it, and they try to do as little further damage to the vehicle as possible. ...read more
