Research the prior business. You can find the info at the Attorney Generals website. TM Kline Construction is the company's name. F Rating at the BBB. Court House of Berks County, multiple lawsuits. They shelled the company out to start Kline Building and Design Group. I would never use them. There are more reputable contractors out there. ...read more
