Overall, I was very pleased with my home inspection. David seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. I am very novice when it comes to most details of homes and he was willing to answer all of my questions as we walked through the inspection. He seemed thorough, evidenced by him actually getting on the roof to inspect it, something which I understand not all inspectors do. I wasn't going to get a home inspection but my agent highly recommend I do. I found this company on the internet and liked David's sample report. I have to say he really exceeded my expectations! He's just a really intelligent guy. The house I was going to skip a home inspection on ended up having a serious structural issue (something to do with the deck's connection to the house.. think he called it a ledger?).. anyway, it had deteriorated over the years and rotted one of the structural beams. He also found a bunch of termite activity in the crawl space and there were safety issues with how the furnace and water heater were venting. So we passed on that house. We had him out a month later to inspect the home we are now living in!!! We would definitely use him again. ...read more
