We bought a pellet stove last month at Woodstove Warehouse. There showroom is now in Limeport village Coopersburg PA. We love our Enviro Wood Pellet Stove,. They installed it, it was not "subbed out" to an unknown person, they went over the manual with me and showed me how to run it and keep it clean. It's been wonderful. We are considering buying another wood pellet stove for our vacation home. Very clean, very warm, took a few weeks to get used to it and boy is it worth it. Our heat bills on our bilevel home are less than half just in the month we've had it! And the service (and price) has been excellent. The staff here don't care about making a sale. We drove 20+ miles one way through traffic to buy a several hundred dollar recliner we saw online. We pulled into the lot and the store's staff was literally kicking people out of the store a full 45 minutes before their official closing time. At 7:15 pm there was a woman at the door turning people away and ushering others out of the store. Their normal closing time is 8pm. The excuse given was they had to do "special inventory", but it was a Friday night and we saw some of them departing the store with the customers - apparently just wanted to call an early night, regardless of the sales to be made. There were approximately a dozen customers kicked out and three or four turned around at the door, including us. This does not appear to be a store looking for your business.
