Updates!
I haven't been keeping up with my blog as well as I should. The spa/studio was very busy over the holidays and I just didn't have time. Long term plans are being discussed to change the inside of my facility. Plans will include a new bathroom, new entry, new walls, new smaller windows and redesigning the entire shop so there will be more room for retail, displaying artwork, a new studio and front desk area. I found a great source of slate shingles! Years ago I was painting pet portraits and specialty work on slate. When I moved, I could not take the supply of slate with me. So, this weekend I will be starting new slate paintings that will be for sale in my shop and taking orders for commissions. This past week I have been redoing my website. The online "portfolio" are now in a slideshow form that looks great! I've been working on the website all week. Upcoming Event is April..I will have a display at the Bark For Life Event April 13th NEW! I can now take payments through PayPal Here...all credit and debit cards, as well as through the PayPal system. ...read more

Starting Blog Over
Hello everyone, I have had to start a new blog. Yahoo 365 discontinued the blog service. I have just finished a commissioned color pet portrait of a Corgi and Westie. This was a gift for a family member. The photos I was given to use were very good. I only had to change a few minor items from the original. The Westies eyebrow was covering his eye so I added the hidden eye. The Corgi was in a shadow so I brightened the color.
