I shop at Farm Pride for the best prices on Bell & Evans chicken. The employees are super helpful and friendly, over the phone and in person. On my last visit, I heard employees greet customers by name, and one employee showed me how to de-bone a chicken breast, so that I could buy them with the bone in, de-bone them at home, and get more for my money. They have a very small retail area - one counter and a bit of floor space - so it helps to go when they're not packed with customers. Their customer service hours are limited - I wish they were posted online for convenience. I have no complaints about the food. While shopping in the WILKINSBURGH store I metioned to the workers the scale was not showing the price or the weight to the costmers.They seemed to have gotten upset with me ,and we had a heated debate about the issue. When I saw it,all they had to do was move the purchase to another scale. The workeer finally turned the scale around for me to see.
