It has been a month since my closing and they still never paid my water bill! The young man who worked with us will not call back after multiple messages--I had to reach out to his supervisor. Unprofessional. They also forwarded me incorrect documents 4 days prior to closing. Calculations did not include the sellers assist---it was stated I should have realized it was wrong! Really. If you have a choice, I'd stay away from doing business with this company. They are incompetent & then blame others for their lack of attention to detail. They were holding money in escrow for repairs that the seller agreed to pay. I contacted the contractor that the check was made out to & he informed me that he was out of business. I contacted On Time Settlement Services & informed them. They said "no problem" just find another contractor & we'll get an updated check to you. They further stated that they would make a note to hold the money until I called back with the new contractor. I called back a week later to give them the new contractors info & I was informed that they returned the money to the sellers. I asked why they would do that when I was told that they would note the file of my call & hold onto the money. The woman then became rude & told me it was my fault because I waited too long to get back to them.
