This in my opinion is not a business that is run very effectively. My sales person had no clue as to what she was selling and she felt that all she had to do was have a blank look on her face and smile and I would pay the ridiculous price they were asking. The brand that they sell is subpar at best. Then management got involved and they had no clue as to what was being proposed as well. It was like they thought that I could not read and they could say whatever they wanted to and lie to me and I would believe them. I was in there a few weeks ago to make an important portfolio for a job interview. The copies looked good without imperfections. The staff was really helpful and offered suggestions about my project. I had the portfolio spiral bound while there. They took care. The guy who rang me up was really happy and upbeat and appeared to enjoy helping people. It was a pretty stressful day for me with the interview, so it was nice that the copying experience before the interview wasn't a fiasco. I plan on doing more portfolios there again. ...read more
