I went to this Crazy Mocha location (Liberty Avenue) a couple of times. SOME of the staff do not know what customer service is. SOME of the staff do not say hi to me as a customer when taking my order. I always have to say hi to them first when they take my order. They seem very unfriendly. This is a place that everyone should stay away from. Rick is very unreliable and the work they do is not that great. They do not check to make sure everthing is in place. They had my car for almost a month and the bumber looks like it is gong to fall off. It is not connected completly. They forgot to put the lightbulb back in my tail light. Dealing with them has been very stressful. They never call back or respond to notes left at the shop... beware. ...read more

The two people that gave scathing reviews of this place are out of their minds. I've never had to wait any significant amount of time for a drink. In fact, I've waited longer for them to make a cup of tea, than I did in line. \t\n\t\nIt's great for business meetings as well. It's clean, has great drinks, and internet access.
