I made the mistake of getting Crystal Springs for my business. The sales rep that stopped by was very nice and assured me that if anything I needed i could call him. Well after they made the 3rd attempt to finally install my cooler. I thought all was well. thats until i got my bill and the amount that the rep told me was about 3x lower then what i received. I called the rep 5 times and left messages for him to call me back, i never got a call. after the first month i called customer service and wanted to talk to a supervisor. she said they would call me, again nothing. after another month i called again and after about 8 phone calls of them telling me they were going to have someone call me back. nothing ever happened,so i decided to cancel. it has been 3 weeks now and they said someone will come and get it. I even have the region manager call me personally and tell me he would come get it himself. NOTHING. You can just save yourself the stress and money by buying your own cooler and your 5gal jugs at lowes or walmart. crystal springs is an awful company in terms of customer service. i don't know how they are still in business. and as for the rep that came to my door. your on the same level as a door to door vacuum salesmen. once the sale is made they disappear. ...read more
