If you need cheap fingperprinting in a hurry, this is the place. Never a wait, walk-in only, and it takes 5 minutes. They are open from 7:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. Cost is $20 to prepare an FBI card, and if you need a blank card, they provide it for free. Very clean and accurate prints--the FBI rejects their cards very very rarely. BUT THE ADDRESS ON MERCHANTCIRCLE WEBSITE IS WRONG ! The business is at 1550 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia 19130. This is in Center City, and Callowhill is between Vine and Spring Garden. The address itself is a MOBILE UNIT (a Van parked at the curb, like a lunch truck, although there is no food served) and at the top of the Van there is a big sign that says "ROSA PHOTO." Finally, be careful about a nearby copycat business called WULU--their fingerprints are a mess. ...read more

I received a phone call from a woman that needed to be fingerprinted but she lived in Phildelphia, PA and I am in located in Fort Worth, TX. The mobile fee would have been very expensive for her.
