I Ordered the 10 day program, tried to use it, but no luck. I Told them I wanted to return it. No problem they said, look for a return box from us to arrive in 3 - 5 days. I Had only had the program for 12 days. I Kept calling, and sure thing on the 31st day, the return box arrived. I asked about this, they were busy, just return it and I would get my refund. B.S. They refused to refund my money. I Thought what the heck, it's only $10. I Read the fine print, so I called and cancelled any future shipments. To my shock, a month later, UPS came to the door wanting me to sign for the intermediate course. I Refused to sign, and they returned it to the company. To my surprise, the same month, they charged my credit card $56. Also that month the intermediate course was left on my door step by a unknown carrier that was not UPS FED-EX or DHL. It was marked Stroll. So I did not open it I called customer service and asked them why when I had canceled all further shipments was I still being charged and why did they still send me the program. They informed me that they had no record of me canceling. I told them again that I wanted to cancel all further shipments and asked them how to return the intermediate course they explained that they would send me a return sticker that I could just place over the one that was on there and it would come back to them low and be hold the sticker never showed and the next month they charged my credit card $56 dollars again. I called my credit card company and told them that I had not authorized anyone of those chargers and my credit card company informed me that since i had the product there was nothing I could do so my credit card company put me Intouch with an advocate from the BBB in Dallas while working with the advocate they kept charging my card and then after 4 chargers on my card of $56 the third level of the course showed up on my door step. Again I did not open it and they kept charging my card $56 per month it took me several more months working with the advocate but she stuck with it and in the end she brought in a mediator from I think Philadelphia where they are located in the end between my advocate and the mediator they got all my money returned and the company still would not give me any information or anything as to where to send the courses back to so the mediator and my advocate told me to do whatever I wanted to do with it so I thought what the heck and started with the 10 day course on my computer and I still do not know a word of Brazilian Portuguese. These people are rip off artists and if you have been taken by them call your credit card company and ask them to put you in touch with a BBB advocate from your area office and they will help you get your money back hopefully like they did for me. I have been bombarded with spam for a couple months from this company for Pimslur Language. I have tried every variation on the spelling in my spam blocker, but they keep getting through. I would be afraid to order from them because of reviews on the internet about probllems with their software and returning it. through a download of Winzip, a CD that comes with Kaspersky. I made the mistake of ordering Photo Reader, which I understood a free gift. NO strings attached! no price or limited trial mention. now 6 month later, I've received a letter from their billing department stating that I currently owed them $276.00. If it wasn’t a free gift then why don’t they have my payment, email, phone, or SS# information? Since I haven’t used the product I offered to return it instead, but was told the product should have returned within their free trial period (news to me), and that option was no longer available. I also I asked her why there hadn’t been prior notice, and was basically called a Liar, and told she was sending the account to collections. Please watch out any free trial from this company. I recently orderred a free trial of photo reading package online. There was no where stated the end of free trial date. I saw monthly charges of $69 on my bill, so I called that number. That's how I found out they charge me $69 for the photo reading because the trial date ended already. So I told them that I want to return the package, but they said it's too late. I'll be continuously charged $69 monthly for a total of six payments. I'm very upset. This is like cheating.
