All right. I see there is only one review from someone who hasn't moved in yet. So here is a perspective of somebody who has stayed for 3 years. Pros: location and views, relatively new buildings, clean Cons: 1.Parking situation is laughable-every tenant/owner has to valet park their car. There are 20 spots for  more than 500 cars. As a result unless you are home before 2pm you won't find a spot. Which means you have to give your keys to the valet. Which means you have to call in advance to have your car before you go to work. Well that doesn't always happen and there are several occasions you will have to wait 30 mins or more to get your car. Also, you have a better chance if you are a basketball player or other celebrity of some short. Scratches to your car are common. Thefts were very common and still happen. If someone is throwing a party the whole place gets crowded with visitors and it will be impossible to have your car since the valet's are overwhelmed. 2. Management team is unhelpful and rude. Basically we are talking about a group of bureaucrats that are sitting behind their desks trying to make you life miserable. Every interaction with them is frustrating. They are sitting on their high horses (unclear why?) feeling privileged because they work in an "upscale building" forgetting that you pay their salary. Why is that a problem? Because unfortunately you have to interact with them occasionally. 3. Moving policy is more complicated than tax law. You cannot move in or out during the weekend. You cannot move in or out before 9am or after 5pm. You need to book the freight elevator in advance which in another building would not be a problem but here it is booked 4 out of 5 days of the week. You need an insurance certificate from the moving company which is a big hassle for everyone otherwise movers not allowed in property. They will charge $600 to put pads in the freight elevator. Long story short if you want to move in or out plan 6-9 months in advance. 4. High profile thefts have happened (check online) from insiders (speculation since no break in noted by police) with thousands of $$$ stolen. Yep, that doesn't sound very upscale to me. That and several other problems but overall I would advise any sane individual to stay away from this property. ...read more
