I am the wife of a PA Army National Guard Recruiter and thought there are good and bad in any service that you receive do NOT let one review taint your thought of entering into this military branch. I know first hand the changes my husband has helped people make in their lives and in his own. The PA Army National Guard provides you with opportunities while you are a Citizen Soldier. Please join me on my Facebook site at Pennsylvania Army National Guard - Philadelphia or call SFC Peter Hartman at 215-880-5725 and find out your options today. He is as honest as they come, and that may make you laugh but it is true. We consider you apart of not only the PAARNG family but ours as well. Please do not get discouraged over one bad experience. ...read more

This place seemed friendly enough at first, in fact, they are friendly, just incompetent. I signed up there and was to receive my background check back in two days, a week later I come to find that it hadn't even been submitted yet. So then it was officially submitted on the following Monday, this time with an estimate of three or four days, and I find myself almost a week later again with no word. The staff are nice, though there's one gentleman, Private Cush, who is foulmouthed and inexperienced and I was embarrassed for the army that they would would leave him alone to handle their affairs. What DID come as a result of my visit was a heap of phone calls and junk in the mail trying to solicit me as though I wasn't already signed up and waiting on them to do their part. Oh well, I guess if it's something you want to do then you'll just put up with it. ...read more
