I paid for a new 10 year flat roof three years ago. The roof started leaking recently and when I got up on the roof to check it out I found a patch and lots of cracks seeming to indicate the work was never completed. Tom Menna came to look at the leak and forgetting that he "replaced" it three years earlier recommended that we replace it. When he realized his mistake he recommended coating it not replacing it, but then would never keep appointments to do the work and now won't return calls.
