I was forced to contact Logisticare's corporate offices in order to get any kind of appropriate service. The Philadelphia office is particularly dreadful in their approach to customers. They treat the individual as if they have a communicable disease. The customer service reps make no secret of their disdain for the clients and also make it clear that they have an exclusive monopoly on the transportation process. If you complain you are essentially told that your complaint is meaningless and you have no recourse.I do not know where these employees come from but they make it clear that they would rather be doing anything else but what they are paid to do.perhaps someone should grant their wish and give these jobs to individuals who really do want to work and do a good job. ...read more

I wish I could give 0 stars! Every time I call I have to wait on the phone FOREVER!!! I was patient dealing with Logisticare for the first 9 years, but the last 2 has got the best of me. The employees sound so unhappy to have to be dealing with customers, and they talk so fast that you can't understand what they're saying. So you get the idea of that part. Then when I ask for a certain company to pick me up, you would think I was asking for a million dollars. And the only reason I ask is that the company they always send me is either very late, where I miss my Dr.'s appt. or the Dr. will see me late, because they know how this system is run-terribly, or I am always holding on for dear life because the van (driver) is speeding, breaking down i.e. brakes failing.
