I shop at Ross at least once a week and have been to several stores in many areas. The Ross on City Ave is out of control always. Staff is beyond rude they stand in the store complaining about a co-worker, their schedule, when they will be on break etc. Do not even dare ask a question they all act like you interupted the conversation. The check out is designed to make you feel like a cow going to slaughter and while you wait you can be entertained by the cashiers who could not move any slower. It is almost like they are competing to see who could be the slowest. Did I mention that as you stand in line they shout questions in your face in front of everyone like "Is that a return your in the wrong line." but only after you get to the front do they single you out and demand you to start over in another line. These employees need to be trained, supervised, and held accountable! If they spent a day at another store I am sure they would be let go immediately. Hopefully they will staff the new Ross in Pilgram Gardens with a decent staff and I will not have to put up with this unprofessional ignorance in order to get a good deal. ...read more
