There has been no pickup or delivery of mail to my mailbox on the 400 block of W Durham St since Wednesday, Jan. 12. (It's now Jan. 18.) Every time I call your office (215-438-7710) I get an "Answering service off" message. A check was mailed from NYC more than a week ago and I can see from tracking another delivery that something arrived at your carrier center this morning. Many of us on this block have paid to keep sidewalks and walkways cleared this winter. What do we have to do to get delivery? Is it not federal law to deliver our mail? ...read more

i would really wish u update ths post office including the people who work there. Im not say there not nice but its a time to say hi 8 different ways and take ur time on one person. the line is always soooooo long, and the workers are old, please get new viberent people who smile and do there job at the same time. im saying at 2pm in the afternoon in the middle of the week should not have a line out the door because the workers are slow, or there only 1 person, and no back up people.
