To anyone considering a lease with UV I have two words - STAY AWAY. The quality of the facility is worse than any on-campus dorm at any college, rooms are cramped, the level of professionalism from the management staff is severly lacking, and the terms of the lease are overly-restrictive, favoring only UV. They only accept credit card payments though a company that charges $15 each time, Overal they are not-tenant friendly. All that for $800 per month. Never again.
