These guys are the worst. Towed my car from a curb that turned out to be a double-secret driveway. Charged $215, plus another $5 for using a credit card plus -- can't make this up -- $2 more for use of the credit card machine. My cabbie on the way up said "Those guys are EVIL; just get your car and take them to court." Good advice. ...read more

My car was targeted from a group of cars to be towed. I was given a lame excuse of why it was towed. No, they didn't no charge me, but they made me wait 2 hours for them to bring my car back! Luckily, my employer is understanding and allowed me to make up the missed time without holding it against me. Could you image losing a job because your car was illegally towed? Thank God that did not happen, but it could have. When I called about my car, the person seem bothered as if I was inconveniencing him.
