My wife and I have been going to this office for at least 3 years, the Eye doctor is very knowledgable, but her husband is up to no good, I understand that he's trying to make money with their business, but when it comes to insurance deductible, co-pays and incentives, he will try to hustle you and charge for a full price, the staff used to be friendly but when you don't get pay for working long hours, I would get mad at the world too, but then again, is not the customers fault that you decide to work there, so shop around because this is not the only eye doctor around, but if you have no choice then God bless you!, and good luck! ...read more

The past 2 years I went to soll eye and on the day of my appt both times I paid my copay and fiiting fee there. Both times I received a bill in the mail stating that I still owed that amount. I called the lady 4 times and left 4 mesasges to of which she replied to none. I later receive a call from a collections agency stating my bill was in collections and reported to the credit bureaus.
