Becoming a member at I Love Kickboxing Philly has been one of the best choices I have made in my adult life – THEE absolute best when it comes to fitness, health & wellness. It is an incredible, high-energy, motivational and FUN way to get or stay fit. Within my first 3 months as a member, I lost 15 pounds and gained strength, muscle, energy and a hobby that sounds pretty badass! I’ve always hated going to the gym, but I knew I needed to be more active and more toned to feel better. However, a person cannot maintain a fitness regime if it’s not fun and enjoyable. Not for long anyways. I began my search for that one fun and enjoyable workout about 6 months ago. I’ve tried everything from aerial yoga to pole dancing, and I did not like anything. That is until I found a Groupon for ILKB and decided to give it a try. I was so pleasantly surprised with their kickboxing classes. They were not only fun for me but such a great outlet on stressful days. I became a member not only because I loved the classes but also because the staff there never pushed me too much yet always cheered me on. They are not just fitness instructors but friends as well.
