F.A.S.T. Service Inc.
By SamanthaSegobind February 20, 2013
We have been dealing with this company for a salamander that we had been having trouble with. They have been out numerous times and have come back with different diagnoses for the same issue. They have tried to double charge us for a cleaning, which they claimed was the problem. Then a week later we had the same problem again.Came out and gave a different diagnosis. Less than 30 days later, we had the same problem. They said that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. The tech came out and said the unit can work fine without a part that controls the gas flow. Does that make any sense? So he took the part and left and didn't replace it like the work order said. They have a tendency to write on a work order, give you a copy, and then write over it when they come back out.Unbelievable!!! I've worked for an appliance repair company. Their practices and customer service is revolting. ...read more
Spluchi's Water Ice & Sorbet
By laborman August 30, 2012
I've driven by this place many times, but haven't stopped when there has been a line of kids outside. Last night my wife and I were driving by and stopped for water ice shortly before they were closing. Oh my God! The best water ice I have ever tasted. As advertised, it is creamy, closer to the texture of ice cream. My peach water ice actually tasted like real peaches, not artificially flavored. It could be my imagination, but it seemed like it had real chunks of peach in it. In any case, it was that good! The person who served us seemed to genuinely hope that we liked it- not an indifferent kid. Comparing this to a chain like Rita's is like comparing a gourmet restaurant to McDonald's. But the prices were very reasonable. Do not stereotype this place because of its location in the city on the corner of Haverford Ave. It is Main Line quality and worth the trip. ...read more

For instance, salmon and tuna which are a great source of Vitamin D can be a healthy option for all. The fish are raised in a sustainable environment and are nutritious, must for all. Liquids Water has zero calories and is the most natural form of the liquid that can be taken anytime. Low fat or fat-free milk products can also be taken that help in keeping you hydrated especially during summers. On the other hand, limit the beverages like tea and coffee that contain lots of added sugar in them. Vegetables There are a variety of different colored vegetables available in Middle Eastern Restaurants that can be delicious, enjoyable, and sustaining. They are a good source of low-calorie nutrients and fiber. For instance, broccoli, which has more than 100 percent of the vitamin K and Vitamin C, essential for bone building and helps in curing cancer.
