I have been doing business with Malvern Federal for the past 35 years and I must say the quality has gone down to almost a zero rating. I have already closed 2 of my 3 accounts and I am considering closing the 3rd. Never can I get to talk to a live person, always getting voice message. I can't wait around for someone to call me back. Internet problems that need attention but no one to talk to. I have to call back 4 or 5 times because no one picks up the phone.
