Wife did video for my daughter's wedding. Took $1400 up front. Two women were there to shoot the Video, not Chris. No Video for well over 6 months. After my daughter emailed them numerous times. They said there were medical issues with cancer. My daughter suggested they return part of the money and give her the unedited tapes and she will take them else where to have them done. They sent nasty, angry reply on how cold and selfish she was stating she would get it when she gets it. She waited and called back on her 1 year anniversary. Still no video. After 1 year and four months, she gets the video. Very unprofessional with most of the important moments not filmed or cut out. She finally got the digital copies and is through this ordeal. Why is it every time I go to Nic's Tobacco store I always find them so crabby. It really makes me uncomfortable and I imagine it would make a lot of other people uncomfortable there to. If your going to have a business, my advice is tell your employees they need to keep their problems at home, come to work with a smile even if they don't like smiling and keep their attitudes to themselves. You might have good business now but at time, you could loose business with the employees crankiness. I was always taught this while working at stores, and it works.
