After retiring from J.R. Gettier and Associates as a Supervisor of a Special Response Team(SRT), Mr. Zielinski started a very small security consulting service. This is where the beginning of Zielinski Consulting Services, Inc (Z.C.S.) got it's humble start. After watching the market decline for several years for this type of service, Mr. Zielinski decided to work for a Transportation company in western , E.C.M. Transport, Llc. After a couple of years, Mr. Zielinski pursued a degree in Human Resource Management. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in H.R.
