I would never use Kelly Financial Services in New Cumberland for any services they offer ever again. I used this company for my employee payroll for a short time. The owner insulted me over the phone and by email. He also was charging me over $180 for copies (17 printed pages) of my payroll that I already paid for. This company may be capable but they are greatly lacking in customer care. With so many companies out there - DON'T take a chance with this one. ...read more
