Steve Shannon is the only place where I have found the staff there extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not too long ago, I had an emergency with my car at 5 in the evening. I went to Kost Tire in W-B to see if they would take a quick look at it to at least tell me if it was safe to drive home. They told me they wouldn't because their mechanics were about to leave for the day. I immediately called Steve Shannon and Todd told me they would look at is asap. I arrived there and they immediately put it up on the rack. Sure enough, it was a serious problem with one of my tires. Even though the mechanics should have already left by then, they did what they needed to do to make sure that I could get home safely that evening. After that, I'll never go anywhere else! Also, you can often get an appointment same day or at least the next. They do quality work, and even as a woman, they've never talked down to me.
