Had my home appraised, left out square footage,a bathroom, distance between well and septic and also mentioned suroundings that didnt impact the marketiblity of my future home. Also was not familiar with my area. Wrong county listed on my appraisal report. Failure to find comps in my area! Paid top dollar for a poor appraisal.
